J.E.G. Diesel currently has two of the specialized Bosch 815 Test Benches for the Common Rail and VP range of fuel pumps and injectors. The new kits include Common Rail Piezo Injector testing and a Bosch CamBox for Unit Pumps and Injectors.

We have a 1000 m² vehicle workshop where we diagnose and repair Diesel Injection systems. JEG Diesel is equipped with the latest Bosch Diesel Diagnostic software, injection testing and calibration equipment. We are able to remove, refurbish, calibrate and install diesel pumps for our customers vehicles.

J.E.G Diesel is equipped to perform services on all Diesel Injection Pumps, including the latest common rail diesel systems. We keep a wide range of overhauled Diesel Pumps in stock for customer who need service exchange units and short turnaround times. The latest Bosch Diesel test benches enables us to diagnose and repair all makes of diesel components such as:

- as well as the latest VP 30-33-44 range of pumps
All pumps are refurbished with OEM spares, extensively tested and calibrated to perform to manufacturers standards. Diesel is approved by Bosch to repair all Bosch, Zexel and Mico pumps under warranty.
